Meet the Plug! Justine  has been tattooing since 2016 and established the Tattoo Plug® Brand in 2020. Originally from Florida, she completed her apprenticeship in Miami FL and has been based in NYC since 2018. Specializing in a wide range of styles, she is able to accommodate almost any request.
