Welcome!.. And thank you for your interest in working together! Before we get started, please be sure to read this document entirely. We promise to be brief.
1) We NEVER discriminate. That being said - TATTOO PLUG®, including any Employees, Artists or Representatives operating in affiliation - reserve the right to refuse service, for any other reason.
2) All Services Rendered are Non-Refundable
3) You MUST be 18 Years Old to Receive Services.
4) Deposits:
- Non-Refundable and Non- transferrable.
- May be moved as a courtesy, ONE TIME**
- (Conditions Apply: In order to move your appointment date, we require AT LEAST 48 hours notice, PRIOR to your scheduled appointment. This contact must be made DIRECTLY to the Artist you're working with)
- If a cancelation is made without adequate notice(48 Hours), or the client is simply a "no show", the deposit is then forfeited. Rescheduling in this case will be at the discretion of your Artist, and a new deposit will be required
- Amounts are indicated by each Artist - depending on expected work load - and are applied to the final cost of the tattoo.
- If you are working on a large project/ multiple sessions: The initial deposit will roll into each following appointment. This continues, until the final session; where the deposit is then applied to the final cost for that day.
3) Prices Are Subject to Change - Reasons Including but Not Limited to:
- Requesting Design Changes/ Additions
- Requesting Increased Level of Detail
- Moving the Tattoo to Another Part of the Body
- Size Alterations
- Color/Shading Additions or Alterations
- Requesting Excessive Breaks
4) Arriving On Time - Please Be Advised:
- Your artist has indicated a specific time slot for your piece. It is important that you arrive on schedule, to ensure there will be enough time to finish. This cannot be guaranteed otherwise.
- All bookings are by appointment only - Artists may leave for the day, in cases of cancelations/no shows...Because of this, if your arrive 30 minutes late, WITHOUT getting in touch with your Artist before hand, you will be considered a "no show."
- Please understand that in cases where you expect to be, or show up more than 30 minutes late, your artist reserves the right to cancel/reschedule your appointment for the day.
5) Please be Courteous. We all want to be comfortable.
- If for any reason, a client is asked to leave the shop, they will be responsible for services rendered that day.
- Access to future services will be determined on a situational basis.
